How do I run a report?

Paste a BaT, Cars and Bids, or PCarMarket listing URL into the Bidding tab on the homepage, or paste full listing text into the Buying tab. Enter your email and your report is ready in under 60 seconds.

How much does a report cost?

Reports are completely free during our beta period. No credit card required. Paid tiers at $14.99 per report launch after beta.

Which platforms do you support?

URL entry works with Bring a Trailer, Cars and Bids, and PCarMarket. Text paste works with any platform: AutoTrader, Cars.com, Hemmings, dealer sites, or any private listing.

What does a report contain?

Eight sections: Analyst Verdict with max bid or offer range, Known Issues for this model year, Mechanical Assessment, Lot Market Intelligence with comparable sales, Inspection Checklist, Ownership Costs, Bid or Negotiation Strategy, and Community Intelligence for auction listings.

How accurate is the bid recommendation?

Bid figures draw on our Lot Market Intelligence database of 257 models and verified sold transaction data. They are a well-researched starting point. Always commission a PPI before completing any purchase.

Can I get a refund?

Reports are free during beta. When paid tiers launch, email hello@thelot.ai with your report reference if you experience a technical failure.

Is my data secure?

We store your email and listing data only to deliver your report and improve the service. We never sell your data. Request deletion any time at hello@thelot.ai.
