When you use The Lot, we collect your email address, the listing URL you submit, and basic usage data (report type, timestamp). We do not collect payment card data directly - payments are handled by Stripe.
2. How We Use It
We use your email to deliver your report and, with your permission, to send product updates. We use listing URLs solely to generate your report. We log report activity in our secure database for internal analytics and to improve the product. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate The Lot: Anthropic (AI report generation), Vercel (hosting), Supabase (data storage), Resend (email delivery), Stripe (payments), and Firecrawl (listing data retrieval). Each service operates under its own privacy policy.
4. Data Retention
We retain report logs and associated email addresses for up to 12 months. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@thelot.ai.
5. Cookies
We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. Standard session and performance cookies may be set by Vercel infrastructure.
6. Your Rights
